For over 15 years, Kieran has been at the forefront of client engagement, overseeing client services teams and mapping out and maintaining a smooth onboarding experience for all new clients.
At JLG Kieran has helped the successful growth of JLG in the UK over the last three years which has seen its client numbers grow to over half a million. Kieran is a mentor and trainer to all JLG client facing staff whilst still keen to engage with clients directly himself on a day-to-day basis. His focus throughout his working day is to ensure the best possible client journey for all new clients and the best possible service for those who continue to instruct JLG on its many claim types.
